Hjärup is a small village. It lives 4265 people in Hjärup, the football team in Hjärup is called Uppåkra IF (UIF). You can walk to everything in Hjärup, because it’s a very small village. The Chinese Swing is very popular among the kids, also Multi. On Multi you can play soccer, tennis, handball, basket and floorball. There is two different schools, the Hjärups School and the Hjärupslund School.

There is a song called The Hjärup Song (we think…), We are from Hjärup, Beautiful Hjärup, Just Like Nisse And The Yellow Hat, We Are Not Many, But We Becoming More! xD
